1. I am taking the following medication:
Alpha-Hydroxy Acids, Renova or Retin-A (currently or in the past month), other retinols, Accutane or any other blood-thinning medication.
2. I am going through the following treatments:
Vitamin C facial serums, Antibiotics, Glycolic facial cleansers, Salicylic acid treatments and Alpha Hydroxy peels.
3. I am currently undergoing treatment for:
Communicable diseases, organ or blood conditions, STD's or STI's.
4. I am currently or recovering from:
Sunburn, laser treatments, burns, lacerations or cuts on my skin, skin cancer treatment.
5. I am currently going through or have finished a menstrual cycle in the past 3 days.
6. My hair is less than 1/4".
7. COVID related:
- I am currently recovering from COVID
- I am currently in mandatory quarantine
- I feel unwell or have been around others who are unwell (coughing, fever, respiratory issues)
- I have been in direct/indirect contact with someone that has been confirmed with COVID in the last 2 weeks
